Frequently Asked Questions
1) Do I
have to resubmit all my courses each year for approval?
NO. If the course has previously been approved, and
if the course content is NOT changing for the new academic year;
you do not have to resubmit them.
2) I have a few new courses and some old courses that I want to
try to get approved; how do I do this?
Courses that have NOT previously been approved should be
submitted by the deadlines listed above. Course
Proposal Procedures should be followed. Contact the STARS office if you
have questions about course proposal procedures or
course proposal forms.

Can the deadlines change without notice?
YES, the AGSC will try to adhere to the deadlines as listed on
this page. However, there are times when deadlines need to be adjusted or
altered due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check this page periodically
for any changes.
