Appeals Procedure

A complaint regarding the interpretation or implementation of policies established by the Articulation and General Studies Committee (AGSC) with respect to the articulation process may be received through the online complaint process on the AGSC/STARS website.  The Executive Director will attempt to resolve the matter as promptly as possible through the university and two-year college Points of Contact.  If the matter is resolved by concurrence of the two Points of Contact, the Executive Director shall notify the person making the complaint accordingly. If the matter is not resolved, the complainant will be notified and each Point of Contact shall make its case in writing to the Executive Director.  The Executive Director shall forward all supporting documentation to the AGSC for a final decision, which will be communicated to all parties.
